Scummy CIH virus :(

Just got the w95.cih.spacefiller virus and i can't get rid of it ffs. I have McAfee v4, which claims to be-able to clean it from exe files.......erm......bollix. Just say's "unable to clean file". Anyone know of a virus scanner which WILL get rid if the little ****er?
