WHAT'S ALLOWED:
Communication proxies, Qizmo and NF Proxy are allowed other proxies might be allowed if suitable documentation of the
proxies features ( and how to turn some off ) is provided.

Features that will be disabled include:

Quad timers
Sound triggers
Lag features ( not that we need worry about those )
Modified models are allowed as long as that do not signifigantly alter the model in question

Examples of things allowed:

Alternate weapon models
Stright shaft
Replacing rockets models w/ gren models
Alternate textures on items

Examples of things not allowed:

Glowing player models
Models that differ in size to the original
Rockets with beams indicating it's flightpath

Modified maps are definately not allowed ( map checking will be on )
