favourite burger??? (that you made yourself)!!!

whats the nicest burger you have ever made? mine is firstly get fresh mince, diced onion, finely chopped mushrooms, mixed herbs and grated cheese in the centre X2(burgers) fried in a pay, two toasted burgers, lettuce, coleslaw, tomato, mayo, tomato sauce and more cheese all in one ynom with a side portion of chips

1lb lean mince beef/1 egg/1 spoon ketchup/finely diced onion/salt & papper & Basil. Mix all in a bowl. Add breadcrumbs to stuck burger together. Fry in frying pan and then put into a casserole dish. Make some bisto gravy and pour over burgers. Sprinkle some chopped onions over the top and put in the over for about 30 mins. Serve with mash patatoes and veg. Nyom....
