Okay, as has been mentioned in the last few strings....there are no "active clans".

Lets prove this wrong.

CW versus SCOBE at the NetHouse.

THIS weekend.

CW .....get organised

Rules as follows....
4 v 4 no draughting in new players before the date. Long standing players only.
NO modifed paks.
NO all-brights.
Each side chooses a "home" level from DM3, E1M2, and DM2.
Timelimit 20.
Deathmatch 1.
No proxy timer sh!te

The usual rules....

Any suggestions here.

Perhaps it could be held on the same night as .ie trials.
This would mean there would be a good selection of players for wars for the trials.

BTW...Failure to show means a forfeit.

As unnofficial Scobe PR guy and Official Irish Quake mouth, I have to say, ehhhh why hasn't any CW replied to this?

I've been watchin the lads play, CW, you're gonna fucckin take it, pick a date, nethouse, lets fucckin go, or are ye getting a little too comfy sitting on top of the country unchallenged?

Let's get it on, and when Scobe beat CW, I will personally tattoo "FUCCKIN TAKE IT" on ure @rses in large letters.

Beast, tomb, von and blade
versus
Overlord, Jay, Koopa and Bunny.


Well, looks like TP versus MadSkillz again but this time I think its going to be different.

Tomb and beast are rusty as they will admit. That certainly doesnt make them less of a threat though, most of you have never seen Tomb or beast play on a lan.
Blade will be (wrongly) seen as the weak link. Blade's been in CW for a long time with good reason and he's a ***** to root out of YA on dm3.
CW have a damned solid team, possibly the best they could put forward for team war.

Scobe aint no chopped liver. Overlord and Jay are animal and have been reading tons of TP stuff lately. Bunny's the most irritating ****er with that SG and with koopa in the level you are never going to have an easy lock down. He can do a lot of damage with any weapon.

Should be some interesting demos anyway. DM2 could be interesting as TP will be tested to the limit but that level can swing so frequently in a high skill game.

I have to hope that Scobe will power out of the starts and get a solid grip on the level.
If we can contain beast and tomb and stop them getting quads we'll be fine. Bit like saying if we can stop this runaway train we'll be grand.

I wouldnt be writing CW off just yet but I think Scobe have a shot at the title all the same.
