E-Mail Messages with HTML Q

I have a signiture on my mail messages created in Word and shown as HTML. Everytime someone receives a mail from me it automatically tries to connect to them to the Internet. Now I'm getting requests to remove the signiture, which I don't want to do. Anyone know how to disable whatever function is enabled on their side

    Thanks

Asking others to change their settings is unreasonable.

Post up the code of your sig so we can find the offending line of HTML and remove it.

Not going to post code up. I'm not asking them to change settings merely suggesting as a way to cause them less inconvenience afterall they are the ones having a problem

So, every time you mail somebody, you'd like to include instructions on how to set up their email client so as to both display your annoying HTML signature and not be inconvenienced?

Go through the code in your signature and look for <img src......> tags and either remove them, or edit them so they don't try to connect to webpages when your signature is loaded.

External links within non-newsletter emails are the height of ignorance.

***, use a proper html editor. Word and even FrontPage are known to include a hell of a lot of completely useless, hidden code which not only adds to the size of a file/email, but often renders the file/email completely useless in non-M$ readers.

    It is what it's.

Any email I receive with HTML goes straight to the spam folder.
