cg_ThirdPerson in Q3test, oh dear

    If you bind the following commands to a key, you con look around corners:

    cg_ThirdPerson 1
    cg_ThirdPersonAngle 180
    cg_ThirdPersonRange 2400
    fov 140

    Just point into a doorway and press that button. You will see anyone standing behind the corner. After a short time of practice, you can do quit powerfull things, like seeing BEHIND teleports, or getting a quick overview over a big room you are just about to enter. Try these commands on the red-armor room in Q3Test1, you can see if it is present or has just been taken by just looking through the gates (from either side !).

    Just pulled that from a q3a ng. dodgy stuff, but you can do it from the console so its technically not cheating, sortof smile.gif

    you could do that in Quake1.
    nobody bothers.
