Sleeve Prices

If anyone out there knows off hand or knows an artist could they ask how much a 3/4 sleeve in all black would cost. its not tribal and would pretty complicated due to the amount of stuff going on in it. its from the shoulder down past the elbow and a peice that continues down the inner forearm.
