This has been discussed in this Thread , it looks like a good camera at a good price, it also takes short video with sound.

I wouldn't necessarily jump at this camera - while it may be good, megapixels are by no means the primary indication of picture quality and there are tons of of 3 megapixel brand name cameras for around this price/a little less. Make sure you see some reviews/photo samples first.

www.pixmania.co.uk is good for checking the alternatives.
