Eircom cable in DEG Kilcarberry

Does anyone know what the status is with Eircom cable in the Data Electronics Data Centre in Kilcarberry? I ordered a leased line six months ago into DEG and my end has been completed but Eircom are saying there's a cable shortage at the B end (DEG). Hard to believe Eircom would have a cable shortage in a huge data centre.

And just about every carrier in the Country is in DEG in Kilcarberry ( INEX location )

All have loads and loads of capacity there - I'd look elsewhere
