i bought one of these mp3 players and cant get it to work on my p.c.a message keeps coming up on the play center part of it saying player is not connected eventho it is.it is a usb 2.0 and my p.c. has only a usb 1.1 hub but it says on the box that it is compatable with usb 1.1.if anyone has encountered this problem and has…
