I have just opted for a .php solution for My New Website and I dont know to much about it. (nothing actually) What Do i need to know about getting up and started and is it easy to use

You need to download phop if you wwanna develop locally

think its www.php.net

Webserver required of course. PWS is handy enough if already on your machine (No setup headaches)

If you've ever coded in anything before, particularly Perl, then PHP should prove to be a breeze.

I've found it to be very nice to code in, simple and intuitive.
