Well, the ship slave controller was in the Dark Side cave on Dagobah but I imagine the ship slave circuit was on the Lady Luck.

the slave circuit was a fairly easy thing to make, the hard part was finding the controller which was a miniature hyperspace transceiver and yes dagobah cave :P
