Outlook Express 6 hanging on open Issue

Ok I have a firned using Windows Me and Outlook Express 5 ever time when you open Outlook Express it just sits there with the Egg timer, I upgraded to OE 6 with SP1 and still the same problem, The system is clear of virus, But I go in, in safe mode it works fine, anyone got any ideas?

Do you have MSN messanger installed?

My bet is that its a conflict with that.

Try closing msnmsgr.exe in the task list.
