I need to submit my project proposal for my final year project and I don't know what to say i need to develop VoiceXML. Obviously I need some VoiceXML development kit but after that I haven't a clue! Can anyone help me?

this is better suited to the programming board,. never used it myself but i no a couple people who have, ill see if i can scout a couple more details for ye

You can use IBM Websphere software for the server. What college you in?

A few people i know done a their Dissertation on it last year, will see if I can get anything for ya. You college should have Websphere, if DKIT do, DIT defo do.
