    What a shower.. when I moved to UTV I cancelled call answering etc. Now today I got my bill and they want to charge again for the next two months.

    So I got onto them after dicovering that selecting the account enquiries option doesn't lead to a human andthey said it was never cancelled. We'll give a credit on your next bill.

    So I have to pay now for something that I don't want and _hope_ that they do apply the credit..

    to cap it all their online complaints page is

    "Sorry.. this page is currently unavailable"

    arrgghh...
