Two lecturers from MIT have developed a system for keeping tabs on the suspicious activities of their government. Of course, they fully expect the American government to try to shut them down, but it seems that they've minimised that risk by implementing it all.... as a peer-to-peer network.

This is gonna be like Napster, Kazaa, the RIAA, and Bush going mad all rolled into one! For once, maybe the revolution will be televised!
