Ulsterbus to strike... are you affected?

    As Reported - Ulsterbus are to strike on Friday (17th)

    Read it here

    I get the bus to Coleraine on a Friday - so Ill be getting that day off...


    are you affected?

    i usually get a bus from randalstown to belfast home from uni, so im guessing that day will be off, but also, for the people living in belfast, there is a bus that normally runs from queens to jordanstown, is that off too?

    the bbc has reported that:
    The High Court in Belfast is being asked to intervene in a dispute which could see a series of one-day bus strikes across Northern Ireland.

    As far as I know.. all ulsterbus workers will strike..
    so if it is ulsterbus that runs between queens and jordanstown - then yes it could be off.

    I get the day off too :) although i have to catch a train home from belfast to antrim tbh :( Still a day off IS a day off, GG on drink handling dee btw :p

    unlucky people - ulsterbus have called off tomorrows strike...
    A planned one-day strike by bus drivers in Northern Ireland scheduled for Friday has been cancelled.
