Campells aren't gong to change. on average, it price and quality(or lack of it) is the same around the country.
don't Campells do the prisons also.

They operate the canteen in the brewery where I work. The food there is subsidised by the brewery and of much higher quality than what's on offer in Carlow IT.

1.90 for the main course meal + dessert.
1.00 for a bottle of coke or whatever with it.
ketchup/vinegar etc are free afaik
about 70c for a sandwich
tea and coffee are either free or cost feck all (dunno, I don't drink em).

See what can be acheived with a bit of effort from campbells.

They are a monster in the catering trade who knows that without action they will pass off the slops to students prisoners etc.
