Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Iol installation question.

im gettin iol bb and tried to go for the self install package to save on funds, but because i have eircom phone watch on my line iol say i have to get an engineer installation. is there anyway around this? cheers. b.

i just ordered my iol last... firday online . my credit card has not been charged for anything yet but when as in how long should i have to wait till i get a responce telling me the when whats and where ?

apparently it takes about 15 working days at the moment and that is good, odered mine Tues 14th and hoping it is in by 3 November. No news not even an email to acknowledge and you would think in this day and age that that part had been automated but as long as it works when I eventaully get I won't be too bothered.

Not inclined to grumble now in case it is a forerunner of what is to come. If it arrives early!!! and works I will post back.
