    start >run services.msc

look for print spooler and restart it and set it to manual.

Make a shortcut to CMD (command prompt)
    Net start spooler
you can also make a shortcut to the net line or put it in a batch file.

i set the spooler to manual so it doesn't start up every boot and it only turns on when it needs to be on which is kinda cool

When you load up srvices.msc again rightclick on the spooler service and gto its properties and in there is a dependencies tab it will tell you in there what other services it needs to run correctly.
