I was really thinking about getting a Tatoo.. Does anyone know of any good websites to check some out? Or where it the best place to go in Dublin for one? I was thinking about about getting a small one just in from my bikini line!! Would this hurt!!

Design it yourself, or get a friend who is good at art to do up the design for you, and insist you take all drawings with you away from the parlour. That way you are pretty sure you have a unique tattoo, which imho makes them much more special. Also think it very carefully through where you want it done and if you definitely do want it done. I can't stress that last point enough.
