    Do any of you in the IT industry work in an On Call (Out of Hours) support setup? If so can you point me to any information with regards to the employees rights pertaining to "On Call".

    Specifically:
    -Maximum time someone is allowed work on call (years/months)
    -Health issues/protective legislation
    -Pay comparisons
    -Anything else relevant
