I heard that the Hercules TNT2 Ultra was clocked the fastest out of the box, but they'd be hard to find. I hear the Xentor one is good too

Hercules have gone out of business so their cards would be next to impossible to find.

Guillemot Xentor is the best Ultra card out there after the hercules. Theres very little difference between them with the Xentor being clocked slightly slower than the Herc.
