A relative of mine has gotten a 70 page booklet in the post ref. the Royal Bank of Scotlands buyout of First Active. Does anyone know what the deal is with this. Should shareholders sell the shares now? Can they hold on to them?. etc. Looking for general guidance on the subject. All input gratefully received as always.
