netsource availability in Galway

Howya! Just wondering about self install in Galway for the starter pack with netsource? With the stark difference of caps with esat and eircom,has everyone gone to Netsource and if so how fast is it average with everyone onboard?

netsource no longer give the service to residential (apart from those already onboard)
