    Imo, Zyklon heads down.

    I know that Emperor are like "the best metal band ever", etc. , but I just like Zyklon's sound more.

    I love Zykoln, but Emperor are much more diverse.

    Emperor - no question about it.

    I'm just gobsmacked by the fact that Ihsahn, a guy my age, has such an amazing vision of what he wants to create and such command over his music. This guy achieved so much since starting Emperor as a teenager - it just defies belief.
    He is a true artist and a real inspiration to me - unshakeable will, vision and such a talent. His classical influences are those of a learned man, not just a kiddo on a keyboard.

    I love Zyklon as well, but i think Emperor is quite different in that regard - it's just someone else's brainchild.
