Dell Precision 330 RAM

I have a number of Dell Precision 330s (13 of em) which currently house 2 x 256MB of RAM, (and two free banks) to which I want to add another 2 x 256MB to bring them up to the tonne..

Looking at the Kingston web-site, the supported RAM for this machine is:
KTD-DM800E, priced at around $529, or around £280 sterling, from some of the UK websites..

Just wondering, if Komplett sells the equivalent product (non-Kingston) as it would seem to be alot cheaper..

They have Rambus PC800 RIMM (184 pin) for €161. Would this be the equivalent RAM?

    Also, Shop4Memory has 512MB ECC RIMM upgrade kits for €204 ((2x 256Mb modules), 184pins, PC800, 40ns, 18-bit, ECC)

Any RAM Gurus be able to tell me if the Komplett and shop4memory alternatives would be suitable (and cheaper) replacements for the Kingston memory?

    Thanks a mill...

Yeah your looking for 800mhz RD ram which komplett stock.

The Corsair PC800-40 RIMM 256MB, 40ns is good ram at 115.62 per stick.

    That's **** loads cheaper.

    Thanks bloodbath..
So, I guess the Rambus PC800 RIMM here on Komplett would be a much better deal? 2 x 256MB for €161 (e.g. €80 per stick)?
