    Hmmm. An electoral college system, together with a single presidential figure?
    No thanks.
    Besides, last thing we need is a government which can "get things done" when we don't say exactly what those things are - otherwise, we'll have a FF situation - but EU-wide...

    i would vote yes for it, but people would have to be edcauted or at least a summary made to people for whats it about, so they can make their own minds up
