Lo lo, My fans (i think) are starting to click and aren't performing as they should recently. My heatsink fan is giving me the most problems. Lo lo,

My fans (i think) are starting to click and aren't performing as they should recently. My heatsink fan is giving me the most problems. SOoooo, i was wondering if this was caused by dust as it looks fairly dusty, with strands of my dogs hairs in some places
Is this most likely what is happening or is my heatsink fan buggered?

buy a can of air, give it a try dust off your fans and get rid of the dog hair.... how did that get in there? lol
