Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The handset would have been pre-configured already..

I am guessing it is a problem with how he is set up on the network. He will need to be enabled for GPRS on the network and also given the correct APNS to access whatever services.

There goes me disagreeing with you again haha. Messing :p

cheers, yeah the settings do all seem to be their, ip adress, port number etc.. so you just have to register for gprs then?

I am guessing she is using an existing number. Just a matter of calling O2 and they will activate both the GPRS and MMS services on her account. If its a new number, same thing applies.
