UTVip Dialler Download

What's the URL for downloading the UTVXL dialler? When I tried running the dialler installer it tells me there is a newer version but of course doesn't tell you where to download. It's not even obvious from the site where the bloddy thing can be downloaded. Thanks!

Just remember that you need to be connected to the internet while installing the dialer, otherwise you will get errors.
