Decent tv repair? (LCD)

So I was given a 30" Philips LCD TV (30PF9975) last night which was damaged by lightning, anyone know somewhere that would be able or experienced enough to repair it? and any approximate costs? Before I start beginning checking caps and replacing fuses myself, which could be dangerous ;) Cheers, Ken
