Outlook 2003 attachments

Can anybody tell me the Hack to stop attachments ( .exe, .bat files ) being stripped by outlook 2003. I did this for XP about a year or so ago but I can't remember.

Should be under - 'Tools -> Options -> Security Tab, untick the option that says "Do not allow attachments that could potentially be a virus.... etc..."'....
