Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

NNTP access

    is it possible to access boards.ie using NNTP?

    there is a news server running on news.boards.ie but my regular login won't let me access it...

    Unless it's changed you must use username news and password boards to access it.

    but is there going to be full access to the boards this way?
    (can only see the local.* boards and the ie.* and ni.* hierarchies)

    We promised to look into the nntp interfaces to vBulletin before, but got sidetracked by other stuff. I'll try to get around to checking them out again soon.
