Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Administration.. Sickner

They are not actually in administration yet, they have said that this may be the case if their financial situation does not improve according to Sky News!! They are having problems with creditors restructuring their debt.

It looks like they will be relegated anyway judging by their current results and performances. That will lose them about 20 million.

Is there a new rule that they will lose 10 points next season ? Or I have I misunderstood that rule?

It's a pity though and further confirmation that they should not have sacked O'Leary.

I doubt if Strachen will move now, if the move was ever on in the first place !!

Not big into the in's and out's of administration but if Leeds do go down this route will they end up selling off any remaining assets like Ipswich had to do (as opposed to other clubs who seemed to go into receivership, hold onto most of their assets and come out the other end relativley unscathed?).

Poor Leeds? Good enough for them. It's 100% self- inflicted and 100% deserved.

If they go into administration then basically all contracts will be torn up. How can Ian Harte stand a pup's chance of getting £26k per week anywhere else? All loyalty bonuses will be unpaid etc. The players will lose a fortune.

Stand by for the January Sales.
    Robinson to go? Anywhere

    Alan Smith? United or Liverpool

Viduka? The incredible Sulk? Anywhere that will take him.

Remember this is the club from whom Seth Johnson was going to ask for £15k per week but was offered £37k per week.

This is the club which is still paying half of the wages for the two Robbies.

If they are relegated, which looks highly possible, the Football League will deduct any club 12 points. The premier League does not have any such rules and by going into administration before they are relagated may save them from that deduction.

And again, if they are looking for sympathy, look elsewhere.

if they go into administration before they get religated then the points deduction does not apply. I believe that penalty is only for div one and lower.

there was someone on "Your On Sky Sports" last night and he said that a team (can't remember the name) got deducted over 80 points when they went into administration and he believes everone should receive the same punishment as it would be completely unfair.

    Anyone else hear that?

I'd heard of the rule but wasn't sure if it applied to PL teams, thanks for clearing that up.
