gone over download limit

iam with eastbt bb and i went over my limit by about 300 mb what are the risk of doing this on a regular basis, i know that is 3c for every mb over your limit butcan they mess with my connection so i dont have good downlaod speeds any more?

300 mb is very little id be suprised if they did anything even if you did it on a regular basis
