i dunno if this problem is common, but i have rang iol about half a dozen times in the last few days and only once got through to a person, who put me on hold only to never return. ever since, i get put straight on hold. i'm ringing 1890 923 111 and was wondering if anyone had another no. for them cos it's getting…

i dunno if this problem is common, but i have rang iol about half a dozen times in the last few days and only once got through to a person, who put me on hold only to never return. ever since, i get put straight on hold. i'm ringing 1890 923 111 and was wondering if anyone had another no. for them cos it's getting ridiculous. they seem to have restructured the automated menu which i get when my call is answered, and now its impossible to get them. i never had any problems before this apparent change around
