Without the cdkey you can't play it online and the hacked cdkey only works for the single player game.

You don't need the CD to play HalfLife multiplayer, just for one player.

Yes you do Reaper, it authenticates your code with a central Sierra server and the server the game is on before it lets you in.

Sheron, I know this argument is wasted on the warez'ing types, but just BUY the fuucking game. I know it's 35 quid and you're a poor student still sponging off your parents but ffs, it is a great game and a fuuck of a lot of effort went into it.

So dont steal it, just buy it and make your Uncle Castor a happy man. Easy for me to say this o course, seeing as I'm rolling in cash, surrounded by beautiful women all the time etc. Seriously tho, this asking for codes and stuff does bug me. Some gimp on the qp board looking for the codes to Qizmo ffs. Talk about cheap. So buy it, or I'll call around and burn your gaff down.

The code is on the CD not the Box you gimp Also it's a bit long to memorise, I think they may notice you opening the box and writing out the code. Why don't you just shoplift the thing? It's the same princible.

Interesting idea Vor with just 1 little snag.Whoever buys the game after you and try's to get online using the same code will just mean that both of you get kicked off the WON severs.I hope you didn't stay up all night plotting and planing you scam :P
