Sat 29th November Eircom BB issue

Im on Eircom BB and as of this morning i cant access a host of sites from outside Ireland, cant sign into MSN messenger & cant connect to online games. A friend who is on Eircom BB is having the same problem as of today? Any idea's? anyone else having the same problem?
