Minidisc problem

Allright having trouble installing my minidisc on my new comp, since i cant find the sony open mg software cd, is there anywere i can go to dl the drivers or anything since i cant find them on the sony site

find someone else with a netmd and copy the software, its not copy protected and as far as i know isnt licensed
