IOL BB Cap reset date?

Couldn't find this by searching, so trying a new thread. We got IOL BB set up about 2 weeks ago and I'm wondering will the 8gb cap stick for a month from that date, or reset beforehand at a specified date each month? In other words, can I download a little more now in the belief that I have 8gb over 2 weeks rather than a…
