IOL Disconnection

Hey there ... I've just had IOL BB switched on for me today .... The gateway PC crashed, and when it came back up I couldn't reconnect to the service. Has anyone else come across this problem before? Daniel

IOL probably thinks you're still logged on. You'll have to ring 'em up and ask them to force you off so you can get back in.

i got back on about an hour later .... what the hells the point in that system then?!

maybe a 10 minutes timeout, i'd understand that, but an hour later and i'm still trying to reconnect thinking i broke the damned thing after an hour or so's use
