i tried to power a very similar system to yours on a Qtec power supply 400w it didn't work

this is what's powering it now http://www.elara.ie/detailst.asp?productcode=CAS00086

i know it's about twice the price but better be safe than sorry a bad psu can fry all your components and then you're left with fried silicon for breakfast

Not usually. It's a separate purchase. Get a silent one!

It does as it's a 'boxed' processor

Go for the IC7-G, ya wont regret it, abit boards comes with 2 SATA cables.

PSU, get a quiet Antec or Enermax. 350W absolute minimum.

Make sure the ram is in two sticks to get the advantage of dual mode.

I have a GF MX and that beat a 9200 in 3D Mark 03. Go for a 9600 (Pro if ya can).

This will be more expensive but worth it.
