whats with the chinese symbols?

    they're appearing on some of the drop down menus besid the title. i think its any drop down menu which brings you do the next drop menu,

    eg: Sci/Tec ~ Electronics ~ Home Entertainment, HW Tweaking/ Modding

    Check you browser settings.

    For IE go View > Encoding > Western Europe.
