    the best screen saver is the plain old blank screen, set it to come on after about 4 mins, then set the screen to power off after about 30mins.

    this is a good way to save your screen (well thats what you asked for)

    No, I'm not looking for a screen-saver that actually "saves" my screen. I dont own the screen! Just looking for cool sorta saver, bit arty & high on processing etc...

    (on Win 2000)

    there's a nice lil Matrix screenie going around.

    tis from the first matrix where neo is asleep at the pc...you can customise the screenie to say "wake up xxx" etc...and when the numbers are chosen it can be your own fone number.

    other than that, for XP, there is a sweet tool to allow you to use .mpg's for your screensaver.

    How about the SETI screensaver....it's processor intensive :-)

    I'll check that matrix one!

    On the SETI thing, i want the cpu to be busy on graphics if required! Not **** graphics and heavy cpu (which seti looks like), but keep em coming....
