Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    The Position:
    We currently have a short term requirement for a developer to work on Internet Development and visual basic projects over the coming 4-6 weeks.
    The position is being offered on a temporary/contract basis.
    Ideally, the suitable applicant will be available full time, but part time workers will also be considered if they have the right skills.

    Payment will be an hourly rate, negotiable on experience, ability & availability.

    Requirements:
    Do you have more than 3 years professional experience in at least one of the following:
    - VB
    - ASP
    - PHP
    - Perl

    In addition we REQUIRE at least 2 years professional experience working with one of the following RDBS's:
    - MySQL
    - MS SQL Server
    - Oracle
    - PostgreSQL

    If you can answer yes to both of these questions, then we would love to hear from you.

    Who we are looking for:
    You need to be organised, prepared to work hard to meet deadlines and have an interest in learning new technologies and techniques.


    Some work will take place on site and be client facing, so you must have good communications skills.
    Own transport would be desireable, but not a must.

    Additional development work will take place in our offices in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
