Service For Matsui

Anyone out there know a good place (Dublin Area) to get a 28" Matsui TV repaired. I have brought the TV to a couple of repair shops but they have no idea how to repair Matsui sets. It is approx 5 years old and it will not switch on. I get sound for approx 10seconds but no picture. Any help appreciated.

Do Dixons repair TV's? They sell the Matsui brand so maybe worth a try?
