if you burst open vitamen e capsules and rub them into the piercing it will probably reduce scarring. i ripped the back of my stretched ear real badly 2 months ago, used the oil and it healed perfectly with no scarring.

The Vitamin E thing definitely works, take really good care of it and use stuff like 'polysporin' availible from any pharmacy (a fasting skin healing cream which is also packed with vitamins!)
