One of my flatmates was approved for her mortgage and is buying her own house, so her room will be vacant as of Jan 1. A second flatmate is moving with her, so a second room (smaller) will be available on Feb 1.

Big house with huge garden in Sunday's Well, close to town and closer to UCC. Great views of the city. House is furnished and we have a broadband connection. Larger room is 330/mo, smaller is 305/mo
