Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Thierry Henry has scooped Onze Mondial's annual Onze d'Or prize, awarded for the French magazine's European Player of the Year.

Henry is also a front-runner for the illustrious Ballon d'Or, awarded by France Football, and Fifa's World Player of the Year prize.

Despite only bringing the FA Cup to Highbury last term, Arsene Wenger was awarded the Coach of the Year prize.

    The results are as follows:

    Thierry Henry (Arsenal) 34.25%
    Zinedine Zidane (Real Madrid) 18.35%
    David Beckham (Real Madrid) 13.95%
    Pavel Nedved (Juventus) 9.1%
    Raul (Real Madrid) 6.9%
Ruud van Nistelrooy (Man United) 5.65%
    Gianluigi Buffon (Juventus) 3.3%
    Paolo Maldini (Milan) 0.65%
    Filippo Inzaghi (Milan) 0.6%
    Patrick Vieira (Arsenal) 0.5%

i'm an arsenal and henry supporter, but how the balls does he get european player for last year? his penalty woes got us booted from europe. look at the 0-3 Inter result.
he's great when he plays, but he gets very lazy sometimes. at least last nite he had the hunger.
Nedved was far better than Zidane last year.

You're right, he can get very lazy, and I think everybody including Wenger knows this. The thing is, it is still well worth playing a lazy Henry in the hope that he might get one or two flashes of brilliance in a game. In a way it's a sign of his class. Plus, if he was as hungry as he was in lasts nights game, we would all get used to it and it wouldn't be anything special anymore.
